Delivery Timings:
1.1 The standard delivery time for our products is estimated to be 15-20 working days. However, please note that delivery timings are subject to change based on various factors such as location, customs clearance, and unforeseen circumstances.

1.2 In exceptional cases like extreme weather conditions, riots, or unfounded recipients, where the delivery cannot be guaranteed, the order may be considered delivered, and no refund will be made.

Shipping Costs:
2.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery destination. The shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process.

2.2 We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website or contact customer support for information on current free shipping thresholds.

 

International Shipping:
3.1 Currently, we only offer shipping within India. International shipping options are not available at this time.

Order Tracking:
4.1 Once your order is placed and confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

4.2 Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped. You can use this information to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Address Information:
5.1 It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping address details during the checkout process.

5.2 Any changes to the recipient address will be entertained free of cost if requested before the actual dispatch. Changes after dispatch will not be entertained, and the order will not be canceled.

Undeliverable Orders:
6.1 In case the final customer is not available to receive the placed order, and we have strict instructions to deliver only to the intended customer, the order shall be considered delivered, and no refund will be made. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further details.

Duplicate Orders:
7.1 If we find that the same order has been made twice, we will attempt to contact the customer for clarification. If the customer is not contactable, we will make a decision on their behalf, and that decision will be final.
