people can use it for different areas of pain... i suffer from cervical pain.. thats exists in upper region-neck, shoulders, upeer back... I use the belt as per instructions mentioned and dont fold it... use the tying straps as per your adjustment n comfort...note- use as per instruction manual for long usage.. like never fold the belt while heating, never keep heavy objects on the belt, heat the belt on setting 3 only for 2 minutes and then change it to setting 1 or 2...
The Odessey Products Orthopedic Heating Pad was quite effective in heating the area of my lower back muscle sprain, thus alleviating the pain. The belt is large enough to cover the affected area, and the belt long enough to fasten the Heating Pad snugly. The 3 heat levels were strong and pronounced, though the lowest could be a little less hot. Otherwise, the Odessey Products Orthopedic Heating Pad did it job well. Great pain reliever! Like: 1. Ease of use except the switch. 2. The quickness with which the heat is generated.Dislike: 1. The switch to increase or decrease the heat level is hard to slide from one setting to another. 2. The size of the heating surface is too small for large bodied people, especially those with larger lower backs.Recommendations: 1. Improve the ease ofsliding the switch. 2. The manufacturer should consider making to Small, Medium, and Large sizes. Thank you.

Among all the orthopaedic heating pads I have been going through this heating pad got my attention.Pros:The product material used is leatherette on outside and fur on inside works good to prevent heat loss.Heating pad is sufficiently large enough for average person.ConsMy only gripe with this heating pad is the cheap plastic switch to control temperature gets tricky sometimes. Feels like it will come out if not pushed properly.Besides that the I liked the product.
